Terms of Use
These are the rules for using Foxxlo. We wrote them in plain English, because most of our members read English as a second language. Where a rule is strict, we explain why.
Last updated: 11 August 2026
1. This agreement
Foxxlo is a rewards website. These Terms of Use are the agreement between you and us. By creating an account or using the site, you accept them.
If you do not agree with something here, please do not use the site. You can also ask us about it first — we would rather answer a question than have a member sign up confused.
Our Privacy Policy is part of this agreement and explains what we do with your data.
2. What Foxxlo is — and what it is not
We show you sponsored offers and surveys supplied by third-party advertising networks (also called "offerwalls"). You choose an offer, complete it, and the advertiser pays the network, which pays us. You receive a share of that amount as a reward in your Foxxlo balance.
Rewards are shown as coins in your wallet, at a fixed rate of 1,000 coins for 1 US dollar. Your balance is converted back to dollars when you withdraw.
Please be clear about this:
- This is not employment. You are not our employee, worker or agent, and you have no working hours.
- This is not a salary. Nothing is owed to you for time spent — only for offers that an advertiser actually validates.
- This is not an investment. You never deposit money and we never ask you for money. There is nothing to buy here.
You are responsible for your own taxes and for following the laws of your country regarding this kind of income.
3. Who can join
To use Foxxlo, you must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- be legally able to enter into a contract in your country;
- have received a valid invitation code from us;
- live in a country where using this kind of service is legal.
The site is not intended for anyone under 18. If we learn that a member is a minor, we close the account. We ask for 18+ because advertisers require it and because surveys and offers can contain adult content — this is not a formality we can bend.
Access is by invitation only. You apply first — through the application form on this site — we read the application by hand, and if it is a fit we give you a code. There is no open sign-up. A code works once only, and we can cancel a code before it is used.
We are not obliged to accept an application, and we do not have to explain a refusal in detail. Being refused costs you nothing: applying is free and you never send us money.
4. Your account
One person, one account. This is the most important rule on the site.
Give us real information when you register: a working email address, your real country, and — if you use it — your Discord username. If any of it changes, tell us. Your email is your login; Discord is simply the fastest way for us to reach you about your account and your payouts.
Keep your password safe and do not share your login with anyone. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else got access to it, tell us immediately and we will lock it.
We record the IP address you used to sign up and the IP address of your most recent login. This is only used to detect duplicate accounts and fraud, and to settle disputes about a missing reward.
5. What you must not do
You must not:
- create or use more than one account, or use an account that belongs to someone else;
- use a VPN, proxy, emulator or any tool that hides or changes your real location;
- give false answers in surveys, rush through them, or use bots, scripts or auto-clickers;
- use fake identities, fake phone numbers, fake payment details or someone else's details to complete an offer;
- try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the site, or send fake completion callbacks;
- sell, buy, rent or transfer an account, an invitation code or a balance;
- use the site for anything illegal, or in a way that breaks the rules of one of our partner networks.
Why we are strict here: when an advertiser detects fraud, it does not only cancel that one reward — it cancels payments to us and can close our whole account with the network. One person cheating costs every honest member on the site. That is why multi-accounting, VPN use and location spoofing lead to a closed account and cancelled earnings.
If you share a home or an internet connection with another member, tell us first. We can allow it. What we cannot allow is finding out afterwards.
6. How rewards work
A reward goes through two steps, and you can see both in your wallet:
1 · Pending
When the network tells us you completed an offer, we add the reward to your balance as pending. You can see it, but you cannot withdraw it yet.
2 · Confirmed
After a verification window — 72 hours at the time of writing — the reward becomes confirmed and can be withdrawn.
The verification window exists because advertisers can still cancel a completion during that time (see section 7). If a network needs a longer window, we may extend it for that network; the current window is always the one described here and we announce a change before it applies.
The reward you receive is a share of what the advertising network pays us for your completion. The rest covers running the site. The amount you will get is shown on the offerwall, by the network, before you start an offer.
We only credit what the network reports to us. We cannot pay for a completion that no network ever confirmed to us — see section 8 if that happens to you.
Coins have no value outside Foxxlo. They are not money, not a currency and not a stored-value account — they are a record of what we owe you, payable as described below.
7. Rewards that get cancelled
An advertiser can cancel a completion after the fact. In the industry this is called a "scrub" or a chargeback. It happens when the completion turns out to be invalid — for example an app was uninstalled straight away, a trial was cancelled immediately, the same action was counted twice, or the data given was fake.
When a network cancels a completion, we remove the reward from your balance. If the reward was still pending, the pending line simply drops to zero. This can also happen after the reward was confirmed: in that case we do not delete or edit the original line — we add a separate, visible cancellation entry of the same amount. Your history therefore always shows both the reward and its cancellation.
A cancellation only ever removes the amount of that one completion. We never cancel more than the network cancelled.
Why we do this: we are paid by the network, and when the network takes the money back we no longer have it. Keeping the reward in your balance would mean paying you money the site never received. We would not survive that, and neither would your future payouts.
If you believe a cancellation is wrong, contact us. We keep a log of every message the networks send us and we will look at it with you.
8. A reward that never arrived
Sometimes an offer does not track. It usually comes from an ad blocker, a VPN, a changed device, or an offer finished outside the tracking link. It is annoying, it is not rare, and it is fixable more often than people think.
What to do:
- keep your proof: screenshots, the confirmation email, the date and time, the exact offer name;
- open a claim with the offer provider from the offerwall, using the user ID shown on your Earn page;
- tell us at the same time, and we chase the network on our side.
Do this quickly. Networks and advertisers refuse to investigate old completions, so send your claim as soon as you notice the problem — within 30 days of completing the offer. After that we can still look, but we usually have no way left to get an answer.
If the network validates the claim, we credit you exactly as if the offer had tracked normally. If it refuses, we will tell you what it said. We cannot credit a completion that no network confirms, but we will never pretend we did not receive your message.
9. Withdrawals and payment
- You can request a withdrawal once your confirmed balance reaches $10.
- A request pays out your whole available balance — there is no partial amount to choose. The amount is put on hold until the payout is sent.
- Payment methods offered on the withdrawal form: GCash, PayPal, crypto (USDT) and gift cards. Availability depends on your country and on what our providers support at the time.
- We charge no fee on our side. The payment provider or the blockchain may charge one.
- Only confirmed rewards can be withdrawn. Pending rewards cannot.
Payouts are reviewed and sent by hand, in batches — not automatically. We would rather tell you than let you wonder: the advertising networks pay us on delayed terms (around a month is normal in this industry), so we group payouts instead of promising an instant payment we could not always keep. The current processing time is announced in our community channels, and we tell you if your own payout will take longer than usual.
Give us correct payment details. We cannot recover a payment sent to a wrong number, wallet address or email that you provided. Crypto transfers in particular cannot be reversed by anyone.
We may hold a withdrawal while we check activity that looks fraudulent, or if a network cancels rewards that were included in it. If we hold your payout, we tell you why and what we are waiting for. If we cannot pay a request — for example the method is unavailable in your country, or the details are wrong — we cancel the request and the money goes straight back to your available balance. It is never lost in between.
10. We do not promise you an income
Foxxlo is extra income, not a job and not a fortune. How much you earn depends on your country, the offers available there, and the time you put in. Some days there are good offers, some days there are almost none.
Any figures shown on the site or in our community are examples of what some members earned. They are not a promise, a forecast, or a guarantee that you will earn the same. We do not guarantee that any specific offer, survey or network stays available.
11. Suspension, closing an account, closing the site
We can suspend or close an account that breaks the rules in section 5, and cancel the earnings linked to that behaviour. When earnings come from fraud, the network takes its money back from us as well — we cannot pay out money we had to return.
We do not do this silently, and never to avoid paying you. Our commitment:
- we tell you the reason;
- a human being makes the decision, and you can reply and give your side;
- if the problem is a misunderstanding, we restore the account and the balance;
- earnings that are honest and confirmed are still paid, even if we close the account for another reason.
Closing your own account. You can ask us to close it whenever you want. Withdraw first: if your confirmed balance is at or above $10, request the payout and wait for it before you ask us to close. Once the account is closed the balance is gone, and a balance under the minimum cannot be paid out — that is why we say it plainly here rather than after the fact.
If we stop the service. We may decide to close Foxxlo entirely. If that happens we announce it in advance, stop new offers, and keep withdrawals open long enough for members to cash out their confirmed balance. We will say clearly, in that announcement, what happens to balances under the minimum.
12. Service availability
The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it online and correct, but we cannot promise it will never be down, never have a bug, or always show every offer.
The offers and surveys come from third parties. We do not control their content, their tracking, their apps or their websites, and we are not responsible for what they do. If an advertiser treats you badly, tell us — we can raise it with the network and remove offers that cause problems.
Downtime does not delete anything. Rewards already recorded stay recorded, and a network callback that arrives while the site is down is normally re-sent by the network afterwards.
13. Our responsibility
We are responsible for doing what these terms say: tracking your rewards honestly and paying the confirmed balance you are owed. That obligation is not capped or waived by anything in this document.
We are not responsible for indirect losses — for example lost time, lost profit, lost data, mobile data costs, or a problem caused by a third-party offer, app or payment provider.
Nothing here removes rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country, or our liability for fraud, intent or gross negligence on our side.
14. Other legal points
- Our content. The site, its name, its design and its texts belong to us. You may use the site normally, but not copy it, clone it, or use our name to make people believe they are dealing with us.
- Events outside our control. We are not liable for a delay or failure caused by something we cannot control — a network or payment provider going down, an outage at our host, a legal or banking restriction in a country. If it delays a payout, we tell you.
- Language. The English version of these terms is the one that counts. A translation is there to help you understand, not to change the rules.
- Transfer of this agreement. If the site changes hands, this agreement and your balance go with it, and we tell you before it happens. You cannot transfer your account to someone else.
- If one clause fails. If a court finds one clause invalid, the rest of these terms still apply.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms — for example if we add a payment method or a network changes its rules. The date at the top always shows the current version.
For an important change (payout rules, the minimum withdrawal, the verification window), we tell members in our community channels before it takes effect. A change never removes a confirmed balance you already earned. If you do not agree with a change, you can withdraw your balance and close your account.
16. Applicable law
Foxxlo is operated from France. These terms are governed by French law, and the French courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you can also bring a case in your own country's courts.
Before going to court, please talk to us. Almost every dispute we have seen was a tracking problem or a misunderstanding, and both are faster to fix by message.
17. Contact us
A real person answers. The ways to reach us:
- Email: support@foxxlo.com — support, payouts, offer problems
- No account yet, or no reply by email? Use the application form and write your question in the last field — we read every one.
